Scheduling & Visits
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, please call the office to schedule a complimentary 15 minute discovery call with our patient coordinator at 201-362-3166.
What should I expect at my initial consultation?
During your initial consultation, Dr. Manipon will carefully review and discuss your medical history as well as perform any needed physical exams. Dr. Manipon will discuss the necessary lab tests and schedule your follow-up appointments.
What Are The Restrictions On Virtual Doctor's Visits?
If you are NOT an in-state resident of CT, your initial visit at Revitalize Wellness Center must be in person. After the first visit, all follow up visits can be conducted by phone or virtually using our secure video channel if you choose.
Patients have email access with our Revitalize Wellness Center team. However, if an email question or request is deemed by one of our staff to be too complicated or involved for a response via email they may, at their discretion, require that the patient schedule a phone, telemedicine or in person visit instead of responding via email.
Scheduling & Cancellations
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments and a cancellation fee when appointments are not canceled with this time frame.
Billing & Insurance
We Are Not A Conventional Primary Care Physician
It is important to note the following however:
1. We do not fulfill an insurance company’s requirement for an in network primary care physician as we are not in-network with any insurance plan.
2. We are not available for same-day acute emergency appointments, please call 911 or your primary care doctor.
3. We do not have a 24-hour answering service and do not take calls on weekends. If you need to be seen urgently or have a medical emergency you would need to visit an ER or urgent care center.
Do you participate with any insurance plans?
Although we currently do not participate with any insurance plans, our office can provide a bill with insurance coding to be submitted for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider for our patients that establish care in our CT offices. If you have out-of-network benefits as part of your health plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for some of our services. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for our services, please contact them directly to ask them if there are any exclusions to Naturopathic Physicians to your plan and to inquire about your out-of-network benefits. All fees are due at time of service and we accept payment via cash, check, and major credit cards. Our office staff would be happy to assist you with any questions regarding this process. Many patients also use their Flexible Savings Accounts as payment for services.
